TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of THE BOYS APPAREL website and to quotations, samples, products, custom manufacturing, and other services supplied by us.
By using our website, confirming a quotation, approving a design, making a payment, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
ORDERS AND APPROVALS
Prices, quantities, product specifications, payment stages, and estimated timelines will be stated in the applicable quotation or order confirmation.
Production begins after the required payment has been received and the customer has approved all relevant details.
The customer is responsible for checking and approving:
• Artwork and spelling
• Logo size and placement
• Colors and materials
• Measurements and sizing
• Product quantities
• Labels and packaging
• Delivery information
• All other product specifications
CUSTOM PRODUCTS
Customized products are manufactured according to the specifications approved by the customer.
Minor differences in color, texture, measurements, print placement, embroidery, stitching, or finish may occur between digital images, samples, and production batches. Reasonable manufacturing tolerances are not considered defects.
PAYMENTS
Payments must be made according to the agreed payment schedule.
We may pause production, withhold dispatch, or adjust the estimated completion date if a payment is late.
Bank charges, transfer fees, currency-conversion charges, customs duties, taxes, and destination-country charges are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING
Orders normally require 10 working days for production and dispatch after the required payment and final approval have been received.
Courier transit time and customs clearance time are additional.
Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by couriers, customs authorities, weather, holidays, material availability, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND REPLACEMENTS
All sales are final. We do not accept returns and do not provide refunds.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items may qualify for replacement only according to our Return, Refund, and Replacement Policy.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Customers confirm that they own or have permission to use all logos, artwork, brand names, trademarks, images, and other materials supplied to THE BOYS APPAREL.
The customer is responsible for claims or losses resulting from unauthorized or infringing materials supplied by the customer.
THE BOYS APPAREL retains ownership of its website content, original designs, photographs, business materials, and other intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
PRODUCT INFORMATION AND AVAILABILITY
We aim to provide accurate information. However, we may correct errors, update specifications, or refuse or cancel an order if:
• Information or pricing is incorrect
• Payment is not received
• Required materials are unavailable
• The order contains unlawful or unauthorized content
• The order cannot reasonably be completed
If we cancel an order because we cannot supply the ordered goods, any affected payment will be handled as required by applicable law.
PROHIBITED USE
You must not misuse our website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent information, infringe another party’s rights, or use our website for illegal purposes.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, THE BOYS APPAREL will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, loss of profits, carrier delays, customs delays, or events outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
Courts with jurisdiction in Sialkot, Pakistan will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply in the customer’s location.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms and Conditions by publishing a revised version on our website. Continued use of our website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
