SHIPPING AND SERVICE POLICY
PRODUCTION AND DISPATCH TIME
Orders normally require 10 working days for production and dispatch.
The 10-working-day period begins after:
• The required payment has been received
• The design and artwork have been approved
• Sizes, colors, materials, quantities, and other specifications have been confirmed
Working days do not include weekends or public holidays in Pakistan.
The 10-working-day period covers production and dispatch only. It does not include courier transit time, customs clearance, import inspections, or delivery delays after dispatch.
Large, highly customized, or unusually complex orders may require additional production time. If additional time is required, we will inform the customer.
DELIVERY TIME
Delivery estimates provided by THE BOYS APPAREL or the courier are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Delivery may be delayed because of:
• Courier or transportation delays
• Customs clearance or import inspections
• Weather conditions
• Public holidays
• Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
• Events outside our reasonable control
Tracking information will be provided when available.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, postal code, email address, and phone number.
Additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information may be charged to the customer.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
International customers are responsible for import duties, customs charges, taxes, brokerage fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country unless otherwise agreed in writing before the order is confirmed.
DELIVERY PROBLEMS
Please inspect your package immediately after delivery.
Damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items must be reported within 3 days of delivery. You must provide your order number and clear photos or videos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
Approved product claims will be handled according to our Return, Refund, and Replacement Policy.
