Production and Dispatch
Orders are normally produced, processed, and dispatched within 10 working days after payment is confirmed and all required order details, sizes, artwork, or approvals have been received. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays in Pakistan.
The 10-working-day period is a production and dispatch estimate; it is not a guaranteed delivery date. Custom, bulk, highly detailed, or high-volume orders may require additional time. If additional production time is expected, we will make reasonable efforts to inform you.
Delivery After Dispatch
Delivery time begins after the carrier receives the parcel and varies by destination, shipping method, customs processing, local conditions, and carrier operations. Tracking information will be provided when available.
Shipping Address
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number. THE BOYS APPAREL is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or extra charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Delays and Lost Parcels
We are not responsible for carrier, customs, weather, security, public-holiday, or force-majeure delays outside our reasonable control. If tracking indicates a possible loss, contact us so we can assist with a carrier investigation. A replacement, where appropriate, is subject to verification of the carrier's findings.
Services and Custom Orders
Production begins only after payment and required approvals are received. Customer delays in approving samples, artwork, sizes, colors, or specifications may extend the stated production schedule.
