All purchases from THE BOYS APPAREL are non-refundable and non-returnable. We do not provide refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, personal preference, ordering errors, or delays outside our reasonable control. Please review product details, sizes, colors, customization information, and shipping details carefully before ordering.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or is materially different from the confirmed order, the available remedy is a replacement only. No cash refund will be issued.
You must contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery and provide your order number, a clear description of the issue, photographs of the item and packaging, and an unboxing video where available. The item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in its original condition. Claims submitted after this period or without reasonable evidence may be declined.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement of the affected item. Minor color differences caused by screens, lighting, photography, or normal manufacturing tolerances are not considered defects.
Custom and Personalized Products
Customized, personalized, made-to-order, or specially produced items cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged after production has begun. Approved artwork, measurements, sizes, colors, and specifications are the customer's responsibility.
Order Cancellations
A cancellation request may be considered only before production or processing begins. Approval is not guaranteed. Once production or processing starts, the order cannot be cancelled.
